The three-day Officer’s Conference took place from November 4-6, 2024, at the Taal Vista Hotel in Tagaytay City. Themed “Identifying Gaps in Achieving Operational Excellence and Decarbonization,” the event brought together both land-based and sea-based employees for a series of interactive workshops and discussions.

The conference focused on identifying key areas for improvement in operational efficiency and strategies to support decarbonization efforts within the maritime industry. In addition to the collaborative sessions, the event was highlighted by the participation of senior leaders from Höegh Autoliners, including Mr. Terje Lorentzen, Head of Safety and Security, and Ms. Elisabeth Hvaal Lingaas, Head of Insurances & Operations Regulations. Their presence provided valuable global insights on the topics discussed.
