HFSP Launches the Employee Self Service (ESS) for Seafarers

Date 01.10.2024

As part of company’s roadmap towards digitalization goals, Höegh Fleet Services Phils. Inc. launches the Employee Self Service (ESS) for seafarers.

The ESS is a secure online platform that allows seafarers to manage their certificates and documents without needing to go to the office. Seafarers can encode, upload, update, view, and monitor their certificates and documents at the tip of their fingertips, anytime, anywhere – an efficient and digitalized approach with real-time data submission. Up-to-date seafarer information is very crucial for effective planning of vessel assignment and efficient execution of deployment.

As we continue building our innovative and future-ready solutions to further enhance the experience of ESS users, future updates to the module include activity requests, workflow management and updating of personal details (email, contact number, address, etc.).

We believe this will provide our seafarers better control of their documents and more quality time with their loved ones.

Log in to ESS portal here . For first time users, see ESS Guideline here.
