Last March 29-31, 2023, Höegh Autoliners conducted our very first Officer's Conference after 4 years due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The conference lasted for 3 days and touched on several topics and updates. It served as well as an avenue for dialogue between ship and shore personnel.
On the second night, we conducted an awarding ceremony where seafarers who have devoted years of their lives to Höegh were given a token of the company's appreciation.

On June 26, 2025, we held the Cargo Seminar at I’M Hotel in Makati City, marking the return of cargo conferences similar to previous events like HALIZATION and HUALIZATION. Themed “Learning Together Through Empowerment to Achieve Efficient Operations and Zero Major Incidents,” the seminar brought together deck officers and ratings directly involved in cargo operations to share insights and feedback on current cargo quality, claims, and acceptance procedures. The day concluded with a social night, joined by Engineering Officers who would participate in the following day’s session.
