Reporting, Training, and Document Processing Protocols

To streamline our processes, the following are put in place:

•On-site visits and reporting are via appointment.
•Employee Self-Service (ESS) portal was fast-tracked and launched as part of the company’s digitalization goals. Seafarers can now manage and monitor their certificates and documents online.
•Copies of certifications, services, and other documents can be requested by remote means: email, phone, SMS, chats, etc.
• Training, seminars, dispatch, and other activities are conducted face-to-face. Outsourced training is available in accredited training centers nationwide to cater the seafarers from provinces.
•Referrals and endorsements to training, PEME schedule, visa appointments, etc. are sent via email.
